 Standard Delivery

  • Wallpaper Standard Delivery – 5 – 7 Working Days (Free Delivery)
  • Furniture Standard Delivery – 8 – 10 Working Days (£9.95)
  • Home Accessories Standard Delivery – 7 – 9 Working Days (£3.95)
  • Lighting Standard Delivery – 8-10 Working Days (4.95)

On your order dispatch, you will receive an email alerting you that your order is on its way. We use the Parcelforce courier service . We will provide you with a reference which enables you to track your order.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we only offer items which have good levels of availability. However, very occasionally, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order. When this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours of receiving your order) to see if you are happy to wait or arrange a refund.

All items will require a signature on delivery. Samples and very small items will be sent by the regular mail service and will not require a signature.

Before ordering, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that there is adequate room to take the furniture through any doorways and windows, taking note of any restricted passageways in order for it to be delivered to the desired location. 

Items needed Urgently

If you require your order of wallpaper, furniture or lighting urgently then our suppliers can, most of the time, deliver directly via an express service. Give us a call  on (+44) 141 321 7024 before placing your order, and we’ll see what we can do to help. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Sample Requests

Samples are sent directly by our suppliers and aim to be with you within 3–5 working days.
